Rules for Conducting the “i Jai” Promotional Campaign

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Rules for Conducting the “i Jai” Promotional Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) determine the terms and procedure for conducting the “i Jai” Promotional Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”), including the rules for awarding points, types of prizes, timeframes, the procedure for determining the winners and awarding prizes to them, as well as other material terms of the Promotion. The “i Jai” Promotional Campaign is not a lottery, promotional lottery or gambling activity; therefore, the requirements of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Lotteries” do not apply to this Promotion.
1.2. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant automatically agrees and confirms that they have carefully read and understood the terms and unconditionally agree to all terms and provisions of these Rules without any limitations and/or exceptions.
1.3. Terms and definitions used in these Rules:
• Beeline “i Jai” Promotional Campaign – an advertising, promotional incentive or other marketing activity initiated by the Operator, under which Subscribers of the Operator’s network, upon becoming Participants of the Promotion, may earn points for regular activities, such as payment of subscription fees under Tariff Plans and services, payment for activation of additional services (except for those expressly specified in these Rules), as well as for performing certain paid actions in the “My Beeline+Balance” application and other actions provided for by these Rules. Points earned for all activities form the Participants’ ranking, on the basis of which the winners of each stage of the Promotion are determined.
• Operator – Sky Mobile LLC, providing mobile communication services and other additional services to subscribers, located at: 115 Ibraimova St., Bishkek 720021 (licenses of the State Communications Agency under the State Committee for Information Technology and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 15-1420-KR and No. 16-1526-KR).
• Subscriber – an individual who is a consumer of the Operator’s communication services under a prepaid billing system and with whom an agreement for the provision of mobile communication services has been concluded with allocation of a Subscriber Number for such purposes / who has accepted the public offer for entering into an agreement for the provision of communication services.
• Subscriber Number – a telephone number allocated to a Subscriber receiving services under the agreement for the provision of mobile communication services concluded between the Operator and the Subscriber.
• Participant – a Subscriber who has accepted the terms of this Offer for the purpose of voluntarily participating in the Promotion by one of the methods specified in Clause 3.4 of these Rules. Only Subscribers using a prepaid billing system and who are not members of corporate groups or corporate Tariff Plans may become Participants.
• “My Beeline+Balance” mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) – the Operator’s official mobile application installed on a Subscriber Device from “Play Market” or the “App Store”, which enables a Subscriber to activate/deactivate the Operator’s services and perform any actions available within the functionality of the Application. The Application and personal account allow users to manage services using a login and password.
• “Cards in the Application” (hereinafter referred to as the “Cards”) – a paid service provided in the Application to Participants of the Promotion, enabling them to increase their current number of points by opening Cards containing a specified number of points, i.e. providing an opportunity to receive additional bonus points for an additional fee.
• Subscriber Device – an individual-use communication device in the form of a smartphone with a pre-installed Android and/or iOS operating system, which generates telecommunication signals for transmitting or receiving information specified by the Subscriber.
1.4. These Rules shall be deemed a public offer in accordance with Article 398 of the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The moment at which the Subscriber accepts these Rules and accedes to them shall be the moment when the Subscriber activates participation in the Promotion.
1.5. The current version of the Rules is available at https://beeline.kg/i-jai and in the Application and must be reviewed by the Subscriber before taking any action aimed at participating in the Promotion.
1.6. The Operator reserves the right to amend and/or supplement these Rules by publishing a new version of the Rules on the platforms specified in Clause 1.5 of these Rules at least 10 (ten) days before such amendments/additions enter into force, but in any event no later than the first half of the duration of the relevant stage of the Promotion. If these Rules are amended or supplemented, each subsequent initiation by the Subscriber of active actions in accordance with the terms of the Promotion shall constitute acceptance of the relevant amendments and additions and sufficient confirmation that the Subscriber has reviewed the current version of the Rules.
1.7. The Subscriber undertakes to regularly review the Rules to become familiar with their current version and shall be responsible for the consequences of failure to do so. The Subscriber confirms that they have reviewed these Rules in advance, that the terms are clear to them, and expresses their consent to them and their full and unconditional acceptance of all terms of the Rules without any exceptions or limitations on the terms of accession, and also agrees to pay the cost of paid actions in the Application in accordance with the Operator’s tariffs. The Subscriber agrees to receive SMS messages, Push notifications and calls related to the terms of provision of and participation in the Promotion.
1.8. By accepting these Rules, the Subscriber confirms that they are the person who has entered into an agreement with the Operator for the provision of mobile communication services and whose personalization and registration were carried out in accordance with an identity document.
1.9. The Operator shall bear no liability if a Participant independently decides to spend a certain amount of money to participate in the Promotion for the purpose of obtaining a prize. Participation in the Promotion is based exclusively on the voluntary participation of Participants.

2. Promotion Period
2.1. The Promotion shall be conducted from August 25, 2026 through November 30, 2026, excluding the period during which prizes are awarded to the winners.
2.2. The Promotion consists of 3 (three) consecutive stages. Each stage has strictly defined start and end dates:
• Stage 1: from August 25, 2026 through September 30, 2026.
• Stage 2: from October 01, 2026 through October 31, 2026.
• Stage 3: from November 01, 2026 through November 30, 2026.
2.3. The Operator reserves the right to change the duration of the Promotion and/or its individual stages by notifying the Participants in accordance with Clause 1.6 of these Rules.

3. Participant Requirements and Terms of Participation in the Promotion
3.1. A legally capable individual who has reached the age of 18, is a Subscriber of the Operator, is a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic and has fulfilled the requirements necessary to participate in the Promotion may become a Participant.
3.2. Employees and representatives of the Operator (including promoters, agents, etc.), as well as close relatives and spouses of employees and representatives of the Operator, may not participate in the Promotion and, accordingly, may not be declared prize winners.
3.3. In order to become a Participant in the Promotion, the Subscriber must activate participation in the Promotion in accordance with Clause 3.4 of these Rules. By becoming a Participant in the Promotion, the Subscriber consents to activation of the “i Jai” service in accordance with Clause 3.4 of these Rules and to payment for the “Cards” Service in accordance with Clause 4.8 of these Rules. The Participant may deactivate participation in the Promotion at any time during any stage through any of the channels specified in Clause 3.4.
3.4. The cost of participation in each stage of the Promotion is 20 (twenty) soms. Activation methods:
3.4.1. Activation through the Application by tapping the “Participate” button.
3.4.2. Activation through the Operator’s employees providing consultation services at sales and service offices.
3.4.3. Activation through the Operator’s Contact Center.
3.5. The Participant may at any time check the number of accumulated points and their current position in the Participants’ ranking. Points for completed actions are awarded online.
3.6. A Participant may participate in the Promotion using only one Subscriber Number and may accumulate points on only one Subscriber Number in order to maintain fair conditions for all other Participants of the Promotion.
3.7. Participants agree that they shall not use or attempt to use:
• any equipment other than a Subscriber Device (a mobile phone containing the Operator’s SIM card);
• any method that is unlawful or inconsistent with these Rules, or that is fraudulent or malicious, including hacking software, interfering with software code, introducing viruses, malware, malicious code or malicious data into software developed by the Operator, or otherwise jeopardizing or compromising the security and integrity of the Operator’s systems;
• any automated means or any other methods that may damage, block or restrict the operation of the Operator’s software systems, facilitate unauthorized access to such systems, or create obstacles for other Participants;
• any device or method for collecting, extracting or structuring information or data obtained from any Participant or from the Operator’s systems;
• any device for conducting any commercial activity within or in connection with the Promotion;
• or carry out any other actions in violation of these Rules.
3.8. Participants are prohibited from infringing the intellectual property rights and related rights of the Operator or any third parties.
3.9. If Subscribers violate the provisions of Clauses 3.6, 3.7 and 3.8 of these Rules, a Participant may be held liable not only to the Operator but also to other Participants of the Promotion and other third parties, who may also bring claims against the Subscriber for compensation for losses incurred as a result of such violations. Acting reasonably and in good faith, the Operator shall, at its sole discretion, determine whether Participants comply with these Rules, including compliance with the software use and information security policy, and therefore may request additional information from the Participant and require other appropriate actions before taking any measures. The Participant agrees that if the Operator identifies abnormal actions by the Participant that violate these Rules and, among other things, create unfair conditions in relation to other Participants, the Operator shall have the right to exclude such Participant from the Promotion and cancel their points in the Participants’ ranking.
3.10. When changing a Subscriber Number through the Operator’s “Number Selection” service, the Participant’s Promotion profile, together with the accumulated ranking points, shall be transferred to the new Subscriber Number.

4. Rules and Conditions for Awarding Points
4.1. Points shall be awarded to the Participant for performing actions provided for by the Promotion Rules. Points shall be awarded online immediately after the relevant action is performed.
4.2. List of actions for which points are awarded: Points awarded for charges deducted from the Subscriber Number’s personal account (balance):
4.2.1. For charges deducted from the Subscriber Number’s personal account (balance), i.e. for every 1 (one) som deducted (spent in accordance with these Rules) from the Participant’s balance, the Participant shall receive 10 (ten) points.
A fractional number shall be used when calculating points (rounded to 0.01). For example, if 1.5 soms are deducted, 15.00 points shall be awarded.
4.2.2. Points shall be awarded for charges under all Tariff Plans and services, except for those listed in Clause 4.3 of these Rules.
4.3. Exceptions (Tariff Plans and services for which points are NOT awarded):
4.3.1. Points shall not be awarded under the following Tariff Plans: “Starter”, “Basic”, “Super Ukmush+”, “Start”, “Nachalo+”, “Router 30 Days”, “Start+”, “Router Bonus”, “Nachalo”, “Smart Device 30”, “Smart Device 180”, “Smart Device 360”, “Mir na Svyazi”, as well as all “Vkluchai” Tariff Plans with all promotional packages and all corporate-segment Tariff Plans.
4.3.2. Points shall not be awarded for charges related to the following actions and services: repayment of debt or commission under the “Trust Payment”, “Trust Payment 2.0” and “Auto Payment” services; payment for obtaining itemized usage details for a number; the cost of changing a Tariff Plan; Number Selection involving a paid number-selection category; payment for activation of the Promotion; payments, transfers and transactions through mobile financial services (Balance kg); roaming services and international calls; and the following entertainment services: “Est Kontakt”, “Blacklist”, “Call Me!” (ESB), “Quiz”, all services activated through the USSD menu, “Na Svyazi” Restriction (Beep Call), Caller ID Restriction for all calls, Caller ID Restriction for one-time number hiding, Free Caller ID Restriction for all calls, Free One-Time Caller ID Restriction, “Easy Step to Beeline” (Selective Mode), “Easy Step to Beeline” (Continuous Mode), “Smart Zero”, “Beacon”.
4.4. The first stage begins at 16:00:00 and ends strictly at 22:00:00 on the last day of the first stage. The second and third stages begin at 09:00:00 and end strictly at 22:00:00 on the last day of the relevant stage. At the end of each stage, all current Participant parameters (accumulated points and ranking positions) shall be saved without the possibility of making any changes. The saved parameters shall be used to determine the winners of the current stage and shall remain stored in the system until the Promotion has been fully completed.
4.5. A technical break shall apply from 22:00:00 on the last day of the current stage until 09:00:00 on the first day of the following month (the beginning of the new stage). During the technical break, no points shall be awarded for any actions, and the Application shall display an appropriate information banner indicating that the results of the completed stage are being finalized.
4.6. At the beginning of each new stage, the ranking shall be updated by fully resetting all points earned during the previous stage. All Participants shall begin the new stage with zero points in the ranking and a zero points balance.
4.7. All times specified in these Rules refer to the local time of Bishkek (GMT+6).
4.8. During the Promotion Period, Participants shall have access to the “Cards” Service in the Application.
4.8.1. A Participant may receive additional points in the Promotion by using the “Cards” Service, where Cards containing from 10 to 5000 points are available. During each 30-minute period, each Participant may open any 3 (three) of 9 (nine) Cards of their choice, containing the following combination of points: 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000 and 5000 points.
4.8.2. During each 30-minute period, a Participant may open no more than 3 (three) Cards.
4.8.3. Opening Cards under the “Cards” Service is subject to a fee. The cost of the first Card opening during a 30-minute period is 20 (twenty) soms, the second opening is 50 (fifty) soms, and the third opening is 100 (one hundred) soms. Prices include VAT and sales tax.
4.8.4. The sequence in which Cards are opened in the Application shall be determined independently by the Participant, and the Participant shall be solely responsible for their choice.
4.8.5. Opening Cards under the “Cards” Service in the Application is not a mandatory condition for participation in the Promotion. It is a Service available to all Participants of the Promotion that allows them to earn additional points and increase their chances of winning.
4.9. Increased points accrual.
4.9.1. For activation of certain services and Tariff Plans, the Participant shall receive additional points in addition to the standard points:
• “This 100 GB” Tariff Plan;
• “Ukmush AI” Tariff Plan;
• activation of the additional “Ukmush TV “Premium”” service when activated separately from a Tariff Plan.

4.10. The Operator shall have the right to cancel subsequent stages of the Promotion, provided that the following conditions are met:
the previous stage of the Promotion, which had already begun at the time of cancellation, has been fully completed and the prizes have actually been awarded to the winners;
Participants are notified of the cancellation of the Promotion through the Operator’s platforms specified in Clause 1.5 of these Rules or by SMS notification. Such notification must be provided at least 10 (ten) calendar days before the scheduled start date of the stage of the Promotion to be cancelled.
If the above conditions are met, the Participant confirms that they shall have no claims against the Operator for reimbursement of any expenses or losses incurred in connection with participation in the Promotion before cancellation of the new stage, since points accumulated before cancellation of the Promotion affect only the results of the current prize-drawing stage that is to be completed and cannot in any way affect the potential results of the cancelled stages.

5.1. The types of prizes for each stage differ and are specified in Clause 5.2 of these Rules.

5.2.4. Winning Participants shall be awarded a prize in accordance with Clause 5.2 and subject to these Rules.
5.3. Taking into account possible disruptions in the supply of prizes by prize suppliers, as well as other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Operator’s control, the Operator shall have the right to replace the prizes specified in Clause 5.2 of these Rules with prizes of equivalent value that may differ in model, configuration, storage capacity and color. The prizes may also differ from the prizes depicted in any advertising materials, for which the Operator shall bear no liability.

6. Procedure for Determining the Winners
6.1. Winners shall be determined upon completion of each stage of the Promotion.
6.2. All points accumulated during the relevant stage shall be taken into account at each stage of the Promotion.
6.3. Participants who meet all requirements of these Rules and have accumulated the highest number of points during the relevant stage shall be recognized as the winners.
6.4. If two or more Participants have accumulated an equal number of points, the following rules shall apply to determine the winner of the Promotion:
6.4.1. The winner shall be the Participant who was the first to accumulate the highest number of points before 22:00:00 on the last day of the relevant stage of the Promotion.
6.4.2. If such Participants accumulated the points within the same period of time, the Participant who accumulated more points by paying subscription fee(s)/charges under Tariff Plans and services, as well as fee(s) for activation of additional services, shall be the winner.
6.5. During the entire Promotion, i.e. across all stages of the Promotion, one Participant and/or one number may receive no more than 1 (one) iPhone specified in Clause 5.2 of these Rules.
6.6. When determining a winner, the Operator shall verify whether the Participant has previously received a prize under the Promotion. The fact of receipt of a prize shall be determined:
by the Subscriber Number (subs_id, a unique number parameter that does not change when the telephone number is changed) through which the Participant took part and won; and
by the Participant’s full name, date of birth and passport details.
6.7. Within 10 (ten) business days, the Participant (preliminary winner) shall be checked for compliance with the Promotion Rules and for the correctness of the actions through which the Participant accumulated points. The results shall be finalized, winners determined and the list of winners for each stage published by the Operator within the following 5 (five) business days after completion of the verification of Participants in the relevant stage. The list of winners shall be published on the official Promotion website and/or in the Application.
6.8. Participants who do not meet the requirements established by these Rules shall not be entitled to receive prizes.
7. Procedure for Notifying Winners
7.1. Participants who have obtained prize-winning positions upon completion of each stage of the Promotion shall, within 3 (three) business days after the Winners are determined, receive an SMS or Push notification informing them that they have won, as well as an additional notification by a call made on behalf of the Beeline Operator. At least 3 (three) calls shall be made to the winners within 3 (three) business days from the date of the first call. Unavailability of the winner/winners at the Subscriber Number (the winner’s mobile phone is switched off, is outside the coverage area of the Operator’s communication network, etc.) shall not constitute grounds for the Operator to make additional voice calls. If the winner/winners cannot be contacted, the prize shall remain with the Operator.
7.2. The Operator shall have the right to revoke a notification previously sent to a Participant recognizing them as a winner if it is established that the Participant violated these Rules, by sending an SMS message on behalf of the Beeline Operator within 6 (six) business days from the date on which the Participant was announced as a winner.
7.3. The Operator reserves the right to publish the results of the Promotion in the mass media, including on the Operator’s official website at https://beeline.kg/i-jai.

8. Procedure for Receiving Prizes
8.1. The winner must provide the Operator with the following required documents and information within 3 (three) business days from the moment they are informed of the win (the Subscriber answered the Operator’s call or contacted the Operator after receiving an SMS message/Push notification):
a passport or another identity document of a resident of the Kyrgyz Republic;
the winning Subscriber Number for which an agreement for the provision of mobile communication services has been concluded with the Operator (the Subscriber Number must be registered in the name of the person claiming the prize);
the IMEI of the phone used to participate in the Promotion. A photo of the phone screen displaying the IMEI after dialing *#06# must be provided.
If a Participant recognized as a winner fails to contact the Operator and provide the required documents within the specified period, such Participant shall lose the right to receive the prize.
8.1.1. The documents and information must be provided as scanned copies (for IMEI – as a photo) to the Operator’s email address: answer@beeline.kg.
8.2. Participants who receive the relevant prize shall independently bear the obligation to pay the applicable taxes to the state budget in accordance with the tax legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic arising upon award of the prize.
8.2.1. The prize shall be awarded in the presence of representatives of the Operator at a time, date and place agreed between the winner and the Operator. Upon receipt of the prize, an Acceptance and Handover Certificate in the form established by the Operator shall be signed.
8.2.2. The period during which the winner may collect the prize, provided that the requirements specified in Clause 8.1 of these Rules have been fulfilled, shall be 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date on which the required documents are provided. After expiration of this period, the Operator shall have the right to refuse to issue the prize to the winner.
8.3. The Operator shall have the right to refuse to award the prize to a winner if:

  • the Operator’s representative is unable to contact the winner within the period established by these Rules, including due to the winner being unavailable by mobile phone (the winner’s mobile phone is switched off or outside the coverage area of the Operator’s communication network, etc.);
  • the winner fails to provide the required documents specified in Clause 8.1 of these Rules within the period established by these Rules;
  • the identity of the winning Subscriber has not been verified, i.e. the full name and/or date of birth specified in the winner’s passport do not correspond to the information specified in the agreement for the provision of mobile communication services, unless documents issued by authorized state authorities confirming changes to the identity document are provided (in the event of a change of full name);
  • the Subscriber violates these Rules;
  • in other cases provided for by these Rules.
  1. Personal Data Terms
    9.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Subscriber consents to the Operator processing their personal data necessary for registration as a Participant of the Promotion, performance of actions and transactions in accordance with the terms of the Promotion, and receipt of a prize.
    9.2. The list of personal data required for registration as a Participant of the Promotion, performance of actions and transactions in accordance with the terms of the Promotion and receipt of a prize includes:
  • surname, first name and patronymic;
  • TIN;
  • images, photographs and interviews (if applicable);
  • address;
  • identity document details;
  • the mobile Subscriber Number through which the Subscriber participates in the Promotion, as well as any other contact telephone number;
  • data regarding transactions and actions performed within the Promotion;
  • other information voluntarily provided by the Subscriber.
    9.3. The above personal data shall be provided for processing and transfer for the following purposes:
  • sending SMS messages or Push notifications, making calls and using other communication methods necessary for conducting the Promotion;
  • performance by the Operator of its obligations relating to the Promotion;
  • advertising and marketing promotion of the Promotion;
  • publication of the Promotion results;
  • access to and participation in the Promotion;
  • consideration of inquiries relating to the Promotion;
  • formalization of the awarding of prizes.
    9.4. Consent shall remain valid from the date on which the Subscriber begins participating in the Promotion until the date on which the Promotion ends, the Prize is awarded and the transfer of the Prize is formally documented.
    9.5. Prize recipients shall sign and provide the Operator with a signed Consent to the Processing of Personal Data at the time the Prize is awarded and shall sign an Acceptance and Handover Certificate in the form determined by the Operator.

10. Final Provisions
10.1. These Rules shall remain in effect throughout the entire Promotion Period and the period for receiving Prizes.
10.2. Inquiries relating to the Promotion shall be reviewed within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of their receipt.
10.3. The Operator shall be released from liability for partial or complete failure to perform the obligations provided for by these Rules if such failure results from force majeure circumstances which the parties could neither have foreseen nor prevented by reasonable measures while exercising the degree of good faith, prudence and care required by the nature of the relevant obligation. Force majeure circumstances include, but are not limited to: flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, storm, other natural phenomena, epidemics, pandemics, as well as war or military operations, civil unrest, or adoption by state authorities or administrative bodies of a decision or act resulting in the impossibility of fulfilling the obligations provided for by these Rules. In the event of force majeure circumstances, every effort shall be made to duly perform the obligations.
10.4. By participating in the Promotion, the Subscriber agrees that technical failures may occur due to the operational characteristics of the Operator’s communication network and other technical systems. The Operator shall make every effort to promptly remedy such failures. The Operator shall not be liable for failure to provide or delays in providing the Promotion due to reasons that may be considered circumstances beyond the Operator’s control, including the operability of the public communication network, network congestion, communication interruptions, the operating condition of the Subscriber Device, and technical features of the systems.
10.5. By participating in the Promotion, the Subscriber also agrees that the situations described in Clauses 10.3 and 10.4 above may directly affect the operation of the Operator’s systems, which may result in delays in the operation of the Operator’s systems involved in implementing the Promotion, awarding points, updating points and rankings, delays affecting all systems, and may also affect the “Cards in the Application” Service and the operation of the Application itself, for which the Operator bear no liability.
10.6. The Subscriber may obtain basic information about the prizes and terms of the Promotion and may also deactivate or activate the Promotion by calling the toll-free voice number *611.
10.7. For any other questions arising in connection with participation in the Promotion, the Subscriber may contact the Operator’s Contact Center by calling *611 or submit a written application to the Operator.
