Ahead of the May holidays and the tourist season, state-owned mobile operator Beeline has significantly improved network quality along a popular route — from the capital to Issyk-Kul. The company has already launched 40 new base stations along the Bishkek–Balykchy highway and on the Issyk-Kul shore.

As a result of this large-scale work, connectivity has improved:
• in the Chui region — in the villages of Novopokrovka, Ak-Tyuz, Aral, Chym-Korgon, Jel-Aryk, Kashkelen, Nur, Iskra, in Chon-Kemin, in the Kochkorbaev aiyl okmotu (rural municipality), on the bypass road in the Kemin district and between the villages of Ivanovka and Krasnaya Rechka;
• in the Issyk-Kul region — on key sections of Boom Gorge, in the towns of Karakol and Cholpon-Ata, in the villages of Jarkynbaevo, Maman, Ken-Suu, Kurmenty, Tamga, Burma-Suu, Barskoon, Bokonbaevo, Kashat, Kara-Oi, Jon-Bulak, Jeti-Oguz, Kosh-Kol, Orto-Oruktu, Korumdu, Sary-Oi, as well as Bosteri, including the coastal area.

The improvements also cover places where the signal used to be weak or absent: for example, the section of Boom Gorge before the village of Kok-Moinok, and the villages of Jarkynbaevo, Ken-Suu, Jeti-Oguz and Jel-Aryk.

Expanding coverage at Issyk-Kul and in the Chui region is part of Beeline's large-scale network development across Kyrgyzstan. In addition to installing new base stations, the company is steadily deploying the 2575–2625 MHz radio frequency spectrum. This is one of the most valuable bands for mobile internet development. Beeline won the right to use it at an open online auction at the end of last year. For Beeline subscribers, this means the network now has more room to grow, and connectivity quality is reaching a new level.
