We would like to inform you of changes to the charging of outgoing calls to short numbers of certain government and public services.

From June 26, 2026, calls to the following numbers will become free:

• 1240 — call center of the State Customs Service under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, providing advice to foreign trade participants and citizens on customs clearance and control.
• 1210 — call center supporting farmers and agricultural producers, run by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
• 1229 — hotline for free advice on labor rights from the Federation of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan.
