Connecting generations: Beeline has launched a special tariff for pensioners
21 янв. 2026
Respect and care for elders have always been among the core values of the people of Kyrgyzstan. Today it is important not only to preserve traditions but also to create new opportunities for older people by ensuring access to services, information and communication with their loved ones.
At the initiative of the Social Fund under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, and taking into account the wishes of subscribers themselves, the state-owned mobile operator Beeline has developed the new "Pensioner" tariff. It is a very affordable and convenient offer with special terms that make communication simpler, more accessible and closer to the real needs of pensioners.
The subscription fee is just 150 soms for 30 days. The tariff includes:
• unlimited WhatsApp — to chat with loved ones without limits;
• 20 GB of internet — to use online services and stay informed;
• unlimited on-net calls and SMS;
• 15 minutes for calls to other mobile operators in Kyrgyzstan.
You can switch to the "Pensioner" tariff in two ways:
1. In the "My Beeline" app. The number must be registered in the name of the pensioner subscriber. The system will automatically verify the pensioner status in the "Tunduk" database.
2. At Beeline sales and service offices. You will need to bring your pension certificate.

"Supporting the older generation is not a one-time measure but part of our state policy of caring for people who have worked all their lives for the good of the country," said Baktiyar Aliev, Chairman of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic. "This tariff was created to support our pensioners and is an example of successful integration and cooperation between the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic and the state-owned mobile operator Beeline. Modern communication today is as important as basic social services, and thanks to this partnership we are making digital opportunities closer and more accessible for pensioners, helping them stay connected with their families, society and the state."
As the company's Executive Director Kubanych Shatemirov noted, Beeline responded to the request to create a social tariff for pensioners — simple, clear, with no complicated terms or unnecessary costs.
— As a state-owned and socially responsible operator, we gladly supported this idea, — he said. — For many people of retirement age, a mobile phone is a way to hear the voices of their children and grandchildren, video chat with them, follow the news and receive important services. We are glad that the "Pensioner" tariff will help our older subscribers use modern technology conveniently and affordably.
