Beeline continues to support Kyrgyz cinema

Beeline continues to support Kyrgyz cinema

Kyrgyz cinema is developing successfully and is increasingly moving beyond its usual boundaries, both in genre and geography. It is especially valuable that this path is supported by audiences and partners.

State-owned mobile operator Beeline has become the official sponsor of Ruslan Akun's new film "Nelegal. Cherez Meksiku". The film opens tomorrow in wide release in all cinemas across Kyrgyzstan.

The film "Nelegal. Cherez Meksiku" has already attracted attention as the first Kyrgyz action drama shot in South America. The plot centers on the difficult and dangerous path of illegal migration to the United States through Mexico, a path taken by, among others, our fellow citizens. The film raises deep and topical themes: the search for a better life, resilience in the face of hardship, and responsibility for one's choices.

For Beeline, taking part in this project is another stage of a broad strategy to support domestic cinema. Earlier, the company also became the official partner of the film "Beyish 2: Apama Kat".

— We are glad to continue our cooperation with the talented director Ruslan Akun, — said Beeline CEO Kubanych Shatemirov. — For us, this is not just support for a single film, but a contribution to the development of our cinema as a whole. Today, Kyrgyz cinema speaks to audiences more and more boldly and candidly, raising important topics and strengthening the bond with our native culture. We want to see as many of these powerful, sincere and inspiring stories on screen as possible.

Watch the film "Nelegal. Cherez Meksiku" in cinemas from March 19. May it remind you of what matters most: sometimes a better life is not somewhere far away, but much closer than it seems. And it begins with the chance to be close to those who are truly dear to you.
